Q & A

How much does a video cost?

This is definitely the question that takes the number 1 spot for being the “most frequently asked question”, not to mention one the hardest, or most complex to answer. Every project is customized to your needs making each project uniquely different. With that in mind there is no true formula, or average cost of a project that honestly can be made. To be honest Estimates can become vary inaccurate or misleading. The best way to answer this question is based on a price range most projects tend to fall between. Smaller budgets fall between $400-$1800 depending on production needs. The same is true with larger commercial projects which fall between $2000-$8000, and depending on the project sometimes more.

How long will it take?

This depends on the size of the project and the needs that come with it. The more organized and clear your vision is in pre-production the faster your your project becomes public. We have written, shot, edited and delivered projects in just a few days, other times delivery took a several months. It all depends on the complexity of the production. How long does it take? When everything is well thought out it does not take long as you might think. With that understanding it is good to click the, take action button,  and begin planning early, to make sure we are a good fit for your project, and more importantly, insuring the most timely and best production as possible for you.

Can you really fix it in post?

We can fix a lot of things in post, but it's better to get it right during the shoot, speeding things up in post-production. This is why we tend to sweat the little details, and focus on the refinement of each scene, while shooting. Doing this makes things go a little faster and is cheaper in the long run.

Why do you ask so many questions?

It is important to capture your vision, the type of clientele, or audience you want to attract. It is equally important to know what platform you are planning to show your video on, and the emotions you are wanting your viewers to feel. With this in mind we begin every new project by getting to know our client and the type of production they are looking for. We have found, through extensive study, that asking questions works the best.
